Sunny Dorsey, Co-Founder

Sunny’s work is defined by a personal point of view and an aesthetic that blends comfort with quiet luxury. Known for her meticulous eye, clear direction, and calm approach, she designs spaces that feel inviting and truly lived in. A trusted name throughout Boston, Sunny brings an experienced designer’s eye and a warm, welcoming sensibility to every project she touches.

Diana Fiore Smith, Co-Founder

Diana’s approach is rooted in clarity, intention, and an instinctive understanding of how spaces shape daily life.  With a natural eye for materials, texture, and flow, she shapes spaces that feel elevated and comfortably livable. Known for her structure and reassuring presence, Diana helps guide each project from vision to execution with ease, ensuring every detail feels cohesive and aligned with how her clients live.

Home + Harbor was born from connection, to each other and to the places we call home. 

When we started H+H, we kept returning to the idea of a harbor: a place of arrival, ease, and belonging. It became a natural reflection of how we design and how we want every client to feel in their space — welcomed, at ease and completely at home.

Our lives are rooted between two harbors, from Boston to the South Shore. To us, a harbor represents safety and stillness, a place to ground yourself, and a space that embraces you exactly as you are. That belief guides our work. We design homes that feel comfortable yet beautifully personal — spaces that are mindfully layered to support the way you live, gather, and unwind every day.

And then came the unexpected full-circle moment. After choosing the name for its meaning, we realized we first met at South Boston Harbor Academy. The name had been part of our story long before we knew it.

Home + Harbor is more than a studio. It’s our shared history, our sense of place, and our commitment to creating homes that feel like a quiet exhale — spaces that welcome you in and hold you there.
